Description
Getting There
The approach is about four miles on good trails. Park at the top of East Golder Ranch Drive and hike or mountain bike North on the 50 Year Trail. Continue on the 50 year trail past the chutes, after another half mile or so take a right and head downhill. Cross the steel steps on the left, the creek bed, and across a flat granite slab. A bit further on, watch for a left turn that takes you up a series of granite domes to a high-point and another left onto the Cowboy Slickrock Trail. After another half mile or so you reach the dome.
With a state land permit you can park over a mile closer. azland.my.salesforce-sites.…
From the parking area on Golder, continue across the cow bars and drive North on Equestrian Trail to the corrals on the right. Drive or hike the corral road to the trailhead, marked with a no vehicles sign, to continue North towards the crag.
