Respect the Jackson Hole Mountain Guides, their clients and property. You will need a camping permit, available at Jenny Lake Ranger Station. Carry out all fecal matter. You are at the headwaters of the water supply for Garnet Canyon.
Fairshare Tower
Fairshare Tower is a ridge which divides the Teepe Glacier from Glacier Gulch. The summit is 11,500 ft+. You can see it from Garnet Canyon Moraine, but it is best viewed from the Teepe Glacier. If you look East from the Jackson Hole Mt Guide camp at Teepe Col, you cannot miss it. The JHM guides use it for rock climbing. If you visit this area, please respect the guides and their clients, as well as the Guides' need to use this formation for instruction. DO NOT ENTER THEIR HUT OR DISTURB THEIR EQUIPMENT.
If you climb on Fairshare before or after the guiding season, you will have little company. Rock quality on this formation is better than average, but rockfall is an issue especially in the gullies.
