Description
This 80-foot tower is identified by 2 prominent cracks on its northeast face. The right crack is Sail Away, one of the best routes in the Park for the grade. Just left is Wild Wind, another fun moderate with an exciting traverse.
Just to the right of Sail Away and Hidden Tower is a smaller pinnacle called The Perch, which is listed as a separate formation on Mountain Project.
This is a popular area; count on waiting in line and be courteous of others. Sail Away in particular is NOT recommended for large groups.
Getting There
Approach #2: From Hidden Valley Campground, hike Quail Springs Road west for a few hundred yards. Look for faint trail past Slump Rock heading south. Follow trail to Hidden Tower.
