Description

Parachute/ Battlement Mesa is a small bedroom community in Garfield County off I-70. This area is not known for much, but there is some climbing is to be had if you live here.

Getting There

From Grand Junction, take I-70 45 minutes east to Parachute exit 75. From Denver, it will be about 3 hours via I-70 going west. The pin I have dropped is for the parking area for the Battlement Cliffs. See the Battlement Cliffs area for more details.
