Description
This is where most people end up. All of the most famous climbing destinations are in this region, as well as the biggest party destinations.
Getting There
Direct flights to Krabi and Phuket depending on which country you are arriving from. However, most will arrive and transit from Bangkok.
From Bangkok, various mode of transport is available depending on your destination. Flying straight to Krabi for Tonsai, Railay, and Ao Nang will be your quickest option (An overnight bus is available at a much lower price but obviously takes an additional day).
