Description Suggest change

Storm Point is the pointy peak that looms large as the boat across Jenny Lake approaches the boat dock across the lake.

Climber's left of the Symmetry Coulior, which is the approach most used by folks looking to ascend to the summit on a fine shorter day climb.

Summit views are stupendous with the NE Snowfields on Mount Owen, Teewinot and to a seasoned eye, the Crooked Thumb prominently displayed to the south.

Several routes from west, south to east are documented with the most popular being the Upper West Face after a Symmetry Coulior approach.

Going to the summit by continuing past the standard finish of Guide's Wall up the Southwest Ridge yields a couple thousand feet of climbing and one of the longer routes in the park with possibly the easiest approach.

Getting There Suggest change

Usual approach is either access along the shores of Jenny Lake, or, the boat straight across.
